Amazon allows vendors to set up only one wallet payment service at a time from all supported digital wallet payment services.
Depending on the digital wallet you’re integrating, the steps may vary slightly and you are required to get in touch with the provider of that wallet.
When integrating a digital wallet like Apple Pay, it follows the following steps:
You will have to sign up for an Apple Developer account and complete the certification. The payment processing certificate must be in the .p12 file, which you need to upload to Amazon Payment Services back office. Your website will need a valid SSL certificate.
Furthermore, you are required to have website’s FTP or cPanel access so that you can access files directly from the root.
At last, you will need to provide Amazon Payment Services with your Apple Pay developer account details. It helps Amazon to activate payment processing for the Apple Pay wallets.
Note that our Apple Pay integration allows you to accept Apple Pay for in-app or Safari browser payments.
